At Always Invent, we empower school and college students (ages 12+ years) and working professionals to learn how to create real inventions (Yes, actual inventions) by developing and unlocking their creativity and problem-solving skills, providing hands-on experience with innovative techniques. Through creative modules and engaging projects, we teach students how to develop out-of-the-box thinking and invent like Einstein—transforming curiosity into groundbreaking ideas!

Will students receive a recognition certificate?

Yes! Upon completing the Invention Learning Program, participants will receive a certificate of unique achievement not only from Always Invent (India) but will also receive another recognition certificate from Be Topnotch, LLC (USA). 

These certificates will serve as valuable credentials for future academic or career opportunities, preparing them to make a meaningful impact.

Invention Learning Program details

What topics does the program cover?

• Introduction to Inventing Principles - Participants learn the basic concepts of inventing, including how ideas are generated and developed into tangible products.
• Hands-on Design Thinking and Prototyping -This focuses on a creative process for solving problems, encouraging students to design and build prototypes to bring their ideas to life.
• Real-World Innovation Examples - The program showcases actual case studies and applications of innovation, helping students understand how inventions impact industries and everyday life.
• Practical STEM Problem-Solving Skills - Participants are taught how to approach and solve real-world challenges using principles of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM).
  
  

How long does the program last?

• Flexible completion options - We offer workshops for a maximum of 9 months under the current fee structure, focusing on real-life learning experiences and step-by-step guidance, however Participants have the flexibility to finish their learning within a shorter timeframe, such as 4, 6 months, etc by putting in additional time. 
• Ample time to complete - At Always Invent, it’s not just a regular program; rather, we will help participants learn and think innovatively to be able to create real inventions, and that does require a reasonable amount of time to come up with good ideas. Participants who do not complete all their Invention Learning concepts may continue attending sessions for up to a maximum of 9 months under the current fee structure. This maximum duration is intended to provide sufficient time for the Participants to fully grasp and complete the program.

What will be the batch start date, timing, and duration of each learning session?

• Batch start date - New batches will commence on the first of every month.
• Schedule/Timing - Learning sessions will usually occur twice a week. Schedule/timing of the learning sessions will be determined based on location, region, and number of participants enrolled in each batch. 
• Duration - 1 to 2 hours for each learning session (decided as per the duration of the course). 
  
  

Is prior technical knowledge required?

No, Always Invent is designed for anyone and does not require any prior technical knowledge. Our course is accessible to participants with little to no experience in inventing or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics). Even if the participant is entirely new to inventions, commerce, art fields, etc, our program ensures they gain the necessary skills and confidence to develop their ideas.

Is the program online or in-person?

Always Invent offers both in-person and online interactive sessions (at selected locations), allowing students to learn from anywhere with live instruction, group discussions, and engaging activities.

Whether online or in-person, our goal is to create an engaging and supportive environment where innovators can develop their ideas and turn them into real inventions.

What responsibilities do participants have while participating in the Always Invent program? 

• Active Participation & Engagement – Participants must stay attentive, contribute to discussions, collaborate on projects, and complete assignments on time.
• Attendance Requirement – Participants are expected to attend all classes. A minimum of 85% attendance is mandatory to receive the Invention Learning Program certification and to file an invention with Always Invent. 
• Academic Integrity & Respect – Participants must follow ethical practices, respect mentors, and adhere to program guidelines.
  
  

What support do you offer after I complete the invention learning program and my patent application is approved? Do you assist future patents, entrepreneurial ventures, or continued invention learning?

After completing the Invention Learning Program and securing patent approval, we continue to support inventors through:

• Future Patent Assistance – Guidance on filing additional patents.
• Entrepreneurial Support – Resources and mentorship to help turn inventions into businesses, including funding insights and networking opportunities.
• Advanced Learning – Access to expert-led workshops for continuous growth.

How are fees determined for Participants?

Fees are based on the Participant's physical geographic location at the time of enrollment. Each region or country may have its own fee structure, and participants are required to pay the fees applicable to their current physical location.

Trainer/Instructor Credentials

Who are the instructors?

Experienced professionals lead the Always Invent program in Science, Commerce, Arts or any other fields including STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) and entrepreneurship. Our instructors have strong educational backgrounds, ensuring that participants receive high-quality guidance. We also plan to invite various guest speakers from the USA working in highly renowned Fortune 500 companies and/or US government agencies. 

Each instructor is passionate about fostering creativity and problem-solving skills in every participant. They will support participants in every step of the invention journey, making learning both captivating and meaningful.

Do instructors provide one-on-one guidance?

Yes, Always Invent ensures that participants receive personalized feedback and support from instructors throughout the course. We provide both group learning and personalized one-on-one guidance as needed.

Participants can ask questions, get tailored project advice, and receive mentorship guidance. Our approach ensures that every participant gets the support they need to bring their ideas to life.

Teaching Methodology

How is the program structured?

Have you ever watched the '3 Idiots' Bollywood movie or the 'Joy' hollywood movie? These movies encapsulate the spirit of innovation, reinforcing the importance of practical and conceptual understanding versus memorizing without understanding. Imagine your loved ones embracing the same forward-thinking and inventive spirit as did the main character in those movies—that’s what we at Always Invent are here to nurture! 

In our Invention Learning Program, we will use a unique combination of structured and unstructured approaches for teaching since every creative mind is different, and a set program structure doesn’t necessarily work for everyone. Since we are on a movie theme in this section, using another example of the ‘Taare Zameen Par’ Bollywood movie, we will focus on bringing out the best potential for our participants using various unconventional approaches.

What kind of materials do participants receive?

Participants enrolled in the Always Invent program gain access to a wide range of creative and educational resources to enhance their learning experience. These may include but are not limited to books, engaging videos, step-by-step worksheets, and guides to help them develop their innovative mindset.

Will Participants work on real-world projects?

Yes! Always Invent is a hands-on program where participants actively apply their learning to real-world projects. Through brainstorming, problem-solving exercises, and guided mentorship, participants gain practical experience in innovation. This approach ensures that participants not only comprehend core principles but also acquire the ability to turn their innovative ideas into tangible creations.

Patent Application 

Will the participant be listed as an inventor on the patent application?

The participant will be recognized as an inventor on the patent application if they actively collaborate with the Always Invent team to brainstorm and develop the idea.

Note: Members of the Always Invent team may also be listed as inventors on the patent application if they contribute to the brainstorming process. (According to patent filing guidelines, all contributors must be listed as inventors.)

Will I receive mentorship to be able to think about patent-worthy ideas?

Absolutely yes! That’s why you are joining this program, and we also want to make sure that you begin to think of the box ideas and create new inventions.

Note: Since every individual is different, time it takes them to think about patent-worthy ideas can differ from individual to individual.

Who will prepare and file the patent application?

Our Always Invent team, along with our trusted affiliates, will assist you in preparing and filing the patent application. The associated fees will be the responsibility of the applicant.

Do you guarantee patent application approval?

Honestly, no one can guarantee patent approval since the examiners may request additional details, but with 15 years of industry experience, we will provide expert guidance on best practices to improve your chances of patent application approval.

How much time does it usually take for the patent application to get approved?

Patent approval timelines vary for each application. With our expertise, we will guide you on the best strategies to secure approval as quickly as possible.

In which countries will the participant’s patent application be filed?

We recommend that the participants’ first patent application be filed in their home country. For international expansion, they can use the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) route to delay country-specific filings for up to 30/31 months, reducing initial costs. However, later, if the budget allows, direct filings in key markets like the USA can also be done. 

If the patent is approved, who will own the patent?

When there is a bigger portfolio of patents together, then it becomes easier to sell or license those patents. To ensure this, participants must file their first patent application (provisional and non-provisional), along with all related filings, through Always Invent. A participant is not allowed to reject, withdraw, or circumvent their first patent filing and associated applications with Always Invent under any circumstances. In this process, Always Invent will retain ownership of those applications and any granted patents, providing strategic support and maximizing opportunities.

Who will help the participant sell or license the patent if the patent is approved?

Always Invent will support participants in selling or licensing their patents. With 15 years of experience, we have successfully sold our patents to companies like Hyundai/Kia Motors, ensuring valuable industry connections and guidance.

What will the participant receive if the approved patent is later sold or licensed to other companies?

If the approved patent is sold or licensed, the participant will receive 80% of the profits, ensuring they receive the majority share of the earnings.

Does Always Invent assist with legal disputes or infringement issues regarding patents?

In case of patent disputes or infringement issues, Always Invent will provide guidance and support for resolution. However, the Participant will need to adhere and abide by the Company's decisions related to disputes, and Participant will be responsible for any associated legal costs (if incurred).

Can the participant file multiple patents with Always Invent?

Yes, after filing a patent with Always Invent, participants become part of ‘Always Invent for Life,’ gaining access to lower-cost filings for future patents while preserving the trust established from their initial application.
